Ingredients:

2 cups milk (any kind)

Directions:

  • Crush and roughly chop the star anise, cloves, and cardamom pods.

  • Bigger whole spices are crushed to make it quicker to infuse the drink.

  • Combine all chai concentrate ingredients except for the vanilla extract in a saucepan. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

  • Stir occasionally.

  • Strain solids and add vanilla extract. Let cool.

  • The chai concentrate can be cooled in the refrigerator for about an hour or chilled in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

  • Pour chai concentrate halfway into a cup with ice and add milk.

  • Use 1 part chai concentrate and 1 part milk.

CINNAMON COCONUT LATTE

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces strongly brewed coffee (we like Purity Organic dark roast)

  • 2 tsp. coconut oil

  • ½-1 tsp. ghee or unsalted grass-fed butter (for a vegan or dairy-free option replace with coconut oil)

  • ¼–½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk (optional-adds more creaminess)

  • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

Directions:

  • Brew coffee in a coffee maker or French press.

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 15-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.

  • Pour into a coffee mug, dust with additional cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy.

ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (1oz) butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup (50g) packed brown sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup cold strong black coffee divided

  • 1 tablespoon (12g) granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream*

  • Whipped cream optional

Directions:

  • In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add heavy cream, brown sugar, and salt.

  • Bring to a low simmer. Once at a simmer, cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thickened (the mixture will thicken further as it cools).

  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and transfer caramel to a mason jar or other airtight container for storage.

  • In a small pot, combine 1 tablespoon of the prepared caramel, sugar, and 1/4cup of the coffee. Heat over medium heat until sugar and caramel completely dissolve and the coffee mixture is smooth and uniform in color. Remove from heat and whisk in heavy cream.

  • Add ice to a 16-ounce cup, and pour in the remaining 3/4 cup of cold coffee followed by the caramel mixture and stir. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce if desired. Serve and enjoy!
